In fact their story didn't even touch on two key facts in that regard, the corporatization of many medical clinics that sees doctors as just salary earners and the impact of telehealth on the profitability of individual clinics who do not participate in the new technology. All of those short sharp consults that were most profitable, the document signing and script writing etc. are handled more conveniently for the patient via telehealth.
