They said if there are empty buildings nearby or a wooded area where they could find cover then that location should be used instead of residential buildings which are occupied by civilians. Amnesty also said that Ukrainian soldiers were intentionally setting up in hospitals and schools then firing from that location without evacuating the occupants, so when Russians returned fire it would kill the school children and hospital patients. The Russians have full visibility of the battlefield from the air via satellite, drones and control of the air space. The Ukrainian fortifications are getting pummeled relentlessly via artillery and missile strike and the moment the Ukrainians make any movement from their defensive positions and identify their locations they are quickly obliterated!!
