You dont need to be in the Ukraine army to drive a truck full of hand grenades to the front line. In fact, it would a bad idea to use a Ukraine soldier to drive a truck. Anybody can drive a truck. One American in Ukraine has a network of volunteers waiting in the USA. Ukraine is not getting one volunteer every time an American enters Ukraine, they are getting 10 volunteers for each American that comes. If UAF needs a truck driver for transporting small arms, they should have 5-10...not 1. If UAF needs an engineer for designing Transmission lines, they should have 10.......not 1. If UAF needs a truck mechanic, they should have 10.......not 1. UAF needs to follow the concept of overwhelming force. UAF should have 1 city for volunteer soldiers, 1 city for volunteer doctors, 1 city for volunteer veterinarians, 1 city for volunteer engineers, 1 city for volunteer mechanics, 1 city for volunteer dentists, 1 city for volunteer pharmacists, 1 city for volunteer nurses, 1 city for volunteer IT technicians, 1 city for volunteer food preparation, 1 city for volunteer air traffic controllers, 1 city for volunteer farmers, 1 city for volunteer welders, 1 city for volunteer communications technicians. Volunteer of a particular skill can be sent to their city where they can be categorized, evaluated and then dispatched to the location where they are needed. This makes management much more easier than sending all of the volunteers to Kyiv. Ukraine is asking for what they need today, instead of what they need 6 months from now. VERY BAD MANAGMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES BY ZELENSKYY.
