<<@johannesnicolaas says : Boeing: please fly 737 Max.... Airbus: yes, do that!>> <<@MALOK003 says : Imagine there has to have been one or more that walked onto the plane knowing it’s history, mybe felt a bit of anxiety, then the fricking wall rips open 😳>> <<@philipmcdonagh1094 says : Incorrect news as usual. If it was mid flight lives would have been lost maybe even the whole plane. It was still climbing when this happened.>> <<@cityplanner3063 says : What’s terrifying?>> <<@aca2410 says : Thank you to secretary of transportation for reaching out??? He’s a joke>> <<@jamesgovett3225 says : I reckon Boeing should change the Max 9’s name to “Comet nine” as a salutation to the first jetliner to enter service in the early fifties that broke up in the air thru explosive decompression!>> <<@jamesgovett3225 says : Well if there is a positive about this incident it is very very lucky that the aircraft was at a relatively low altitude and speed climbing to its cruise altitude because the scenario would be quite different if that emergency door blew out at say 38,000 feet fully pressurised and at say 900 kmph as the explosive decompression would have no doubt a disintergration of the whole aircraft and fatal to every person in it! Destruction would have been complete! All anyone has to do is research exactly the outcome of a similar total loss of pressurisation to an airliner in just this situation and this exact thing happened to the very first Jet Airliner that went into service back in the early 1950’s with the British De-Havilland Comet jetliner when back in those days they did not realise that the airframe was too lightly constructed around a window when the constant pressurisation and depressurisation for take off and landing resulted in metal fatigue until multiple fatal accudents resulted in the aircraft breaking up in the air with a everyone on board! This is really an extremely serious situation for Boeing to be in and I would want total assurance that this could not happen again and be totally fail safe before I would step on board a Max 9!>> <<@northernsamba7388 says : In spite of these serious problems, even with this door plug, deciding to deplane early, air travel in USA is still very safe. You have fewer chances of dying from flying, than from mass shootings. There the problem is fixed.>> <<@1323lobo says : If you didn't see this Netflix documentary then I can only recommend it: Downfall: The Case Against Boeing. It's a brilliant documentary film.>> <<@petkez says : Boeing is in the toilet! They cut corners>> <<@Andygarrett357 says : The "investigation" didn't take long to politicize, have to pump up incompetent Pete's tires; this lady is another administration box checker, notice the oppressed person standing behind her. It was the door plug that blew out, not part of the fuselage. Probably incorrectly installed by DEI assemblers at either Boeing or one of their many suppliers. If the press had any intelligence or aviation knowledge the question "has a door plug on any aircraft ever blown out while in flight" would have been asked. In all probability, this has zero to do with the Max aircraft. More fear mongering by clueless democrats wanting to seize more control over us.>> <<@nymphofsevern290 says : Somehow she doesn’t feel the need to mention THAT HALF OF A SEAT GOT SUCKED OUT, along with some phones.… So, another Boeing 737 Max incident. Never will I ever fly with Boeing ever again… They just don’t care about safety, quality measures for manufacturing nor taking responsibility when passengers die. Go find your door yourself! I recommend the two documentaries about the Boeing Max crashes (one used to be on prime & one on Netflix).>> <<@brianngai1828 says : IT'S ALL CHINA FAULT AND PUTIN MASTERMINDED>> <<@well-blazeredman6187 says : She needs to improve her presentation skills or delegate these briefings. And she has a weak CV for her position.>> <<@EuropeanRailfan says : Ah yes, history repeats itself. The Boeing 737 MAX 9 acts like a McDonnell Douglas DC-10. What will happen next to this unfortunately rushed series?>> <<@Rancho-Relaxo says : Why this emergency exit door (not in use and covered by sidewall lining) is not mechanically locked, is of concern. Of course, the pressure differential at 16,000 feet is minimal, compared to a typical cruising altitude of 38,000 feet, where at this altitude, had this happened, would have been a very serious decompression.>> <<@ezekielkrawere9593 says : Made In America😂😂😂>> <<@davidwell686 says : It will be interesting to see what part(s) failed on that window. It might be metal failure, poor construction, etc....>> <<@rayedali2232 says : I have heard in many documentaries the Boeing engineers were very concerned on the quality of all the max planes. Some even said if things are not changed at the manufacturing level these incidents will keep on rising.>> <<@RustedPlastic11111 says : Don't worry. I'm sure it was only A metal illness episode>> <<@Testpilottim says : Very lucky door did hit stabilizer>> <<@DougGrinbergs says : 7:18 empty seats 26A, 26B 9:59 door plug beleived to be in Cedar Hills area (unincorporated Washington County)>> <<@IntrospectorGeneral says : Boeing absorbs all the other U.S. airliner manufacturers and then uses that position to cut corners on quality.>> <<@HoracetheRepublican says : My gosh! Boeing is falling apart!! just who are these young engineers at Boeing nowadays? Hm? They don't know how to put together a plane this isn't up to Boeing standards this is cutting corners junkie standards and it is not up to par! Fresh outta high school young jock junkies are the most incompetent bunch outta of all bunches incompetence is not an option I want my taxes to be in good use do better Boeing!>> <<@spikeprotein5924 says : We just gave them $600 million - maybe they can do some maintenance.>> <<@travmanbrett5338 says : The door departed the airframe? Maybe it was door violence. Like when bullets depart guns.>> <<@iDeagles says : It was bound to happen when people aren't hired on merit anymore. 😂>> <<@tedburnard841 says : It appears to me that Boeing and the airlines who operate the Max are paying the price for continually modifying a fifty odd year old design to do things that appear to be beyond the initial design. Boeing wanted a new single aisle jet to compete with the Airbus 320 NEO series and took the cheap way out.>> <<@cluckieschickens says : How many passangers "departed the airplane" and immediately checked their pants?>> <<@StarFleet_Tech1701 says : 737MAX again! Who designed the Boeing 737 MAX? Kindergarteners?>> <<@CodexIndia1 says : This is the work of those so called "skilled" engineers and programmers from India. They've ruined the telephone, sms and email with constant spam and scams. They've ruined IT, Medicine, academia, real estate, transport and now they've destroyed Boeing. And yet we let in hundreds of thousands of these people every year.>> <<@babettethompson3820 says : Made in China>> <<@andersliwenborg3355 says : Blame the Russians>> <<@videofreak6047 says : Another incident, for the aircrash investigation tv show>> <<@luddite333 says : the door departed the airplane ? well thats one way to explain it ! 🤡🤡🤡>> <<@bettinastebner says : Nooooo thank you. Terra Firma for me...>> <<@pauljackson6749 says : Made in USA, what do you expect.>> <<@DOWNUNDER. says : IF ITS BOEING, IAM NOT GOING>> <<@markgado8782 says : A new plane?>> <<@jones36036 says : Nothing more faulty than China still>> <<@grannyannie2948 says : Problems on planes seem to be getting more common. Just when environmentalists want people to fly less.>> <<@danbenson5319 says : Is that Kameltoe Harris with a blond wig ? Why does she use that condescending voice and childish word salad ? Must be a useless biden official.>> <<@hippiebits2071 says : Oh no! Not The Max again! This lady has been busy lately.>> <<@jackcross5446 says : It happens.>>
