The city fathers hated a disco bar downtown and stationed motorcycle cops all around the entire block and as people parallel parked on the sides of the streets; the only parking available downtown around the bar; they merely walked up to your window and handed you a citation......(clearly in violation of every American right there is)......You cannot be "reckless" driving at 0 miles per hour, pulling into a parking space. The business had all necessary legal licenses to operate.......I went to court along with all the other innocent patrons of the bar; and the judge paid "no attention to our politely stated facts about the matter. He was chewing bubble gum and talking to his pretty young assistant the whole time. When each of us would finish, he would say "go pay the fine"; and turn back to the assistant. When it was my turn; I used the "your honor, please see I could not be reckless pulling into a parking space at 0 miles per hour". He told me to shut up and pay the fine. Even when I said "please your honor; I really did nothing wrong; he threatened me with jail time for speaking after he dismissed me....... IN SHORT; "Trump really is getting special treatment just because he is rich"; anyone else would "get a Billy Club over the head and thrown in jail for talking back to a Judge, even politely....even if they were innocent"; Which he is clearly NOT.....>> <<@williamclifford4441 says : In an English court he would be taken down to a cell - not a room - without access to whatever is going on in the court until he purged his contempt by apologising to the judge.
