I'm not saying that certain contents would be worse than others if Trump or anyone was in possession of them. The violation of the law was not only that he had them but that he did not want to relinquish them. He had no reason to have them had no authority to have them did not have a clearance to have them as they are classified documents. The classification is what makes the law pertinent. You have to have clearance to a certain level to be able to read them, or be in possession of them. Some of them cannot be viewed or taken under any circumstances outside of a secure facility. Trump actually push to change the law to make prosecution for people who did exactly the same crime that he did harsher.... And now he doesn't have to abide by the law or the consequences thereof? And this judge can just postpone the case indefinitely? But hey the Supreme Court is debating presidential immunity which of sure there is mention of in the Constitution...🙄... Or US law...🙄... Because that's what the Supreme Court is there for, to argue the constitutionality of practices or the law. They argue things that exist. What there arguing now makes about as much sense as whether or not it is constitutionally protected for the president to ride a f****** unicorn through the halls of Congress naked while singing Yankee Doodle dandy 😳. Federal cases are not like civil cases or criminal cases. They don't even go to court unless they already know the person is guilty. You have the elements and if the five elements are met they are guilty. You have a responsible party, a violation of the law, evidence of the violation, And it happened within the authority and jurisdiction of the United States. Were all the documents that were missing accounted for and were any of those documents copied by Trump or his associates, family or otherwise and as we know that crowd is all about money. Regardless of this suspect judge there is the Supreme Court majority who do not seem to care about this country's safety or future either. How far will the people let the defilement of Justice For All go before we demand action. Every veteran and veteran's family who has ever been in the line of fire should speak up and demand action.
