All they had was the charge of intent by the judge. Last time I checked no one has a mind reading machine that can prove intent. But that being said the judge instructed the jurors to charge guilty on intent that the hush money being recorded as lawyer fee was a cover up that he wanted to hide the fact he paid for an NDA (NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT). WHICH IS A LEGAL ACT. They then patched it to election interference and they got no proof of intent. Remember Trumps bookkeeper was in New York and they entered the payment in the book all while Trump was in Washington. So if your telling me this truly happened then the bookkeeper falsely entered information into the books and he/she committed the crime of falsification of records. It was a fee paid to a corrupt lawyer who has been convicted on multiple cases and charges the DOJ dismissed for his evidentiary confession dismissed for testimony. This is all a corrupt executive branch cover up through the DOJ to slander Trump to keep him from being elected. This is clearly election interference and nothing more. Now with SCOTUS ruling Trumps lawyers can go after Judge Merchan and prosecutor Bragg. None of this is over it will be tied up for years whether judicial misconduct was committed and whether the AG was involved and whether the president ordered it done. This is way more damming to Democrats and the cover up.
