The issue is not who will be the leaders of France. The issue is whether they could handle the current world situation while fixing their economy. It is the same for Donald Trump. The damage has already been done when Putin invaded Ukraine. If Putin allied with Modi instead of allying with Xi Jing Ping, it would have been a new Global Economic War rather than a Cold War version 2. Oh well. Now it is both a Global Economic War and a Proxy Cold War version 2.0. Should have eaten those juicy steaks before 2020. I was sure everybody would have been playing Global Economic Warfare because that would have made sense since everybody was ready since 2011.
