If President Trump balances the budget and lowers the prices of gasolines, natural gas, then inflation should lower to 2018-2019 levels (around 2-3%). If somehow lower production costs (because of lower energy costs) increase labor productivity, then workers can receive increased salaries from their increased productivity. This again lowers inflation, it doesn't increase it.
