Right now they are buying ammo from North Korea, who's to say tanks won't be next? Same with places like Syria and Belarus. Will these tanks be any good? Not really but Russia is fighting a war based on quantity of equipment and troops, not quality. Given all that I would add at least another two years on projections that "Russia is running out" so mid 2027.
