Dogs as pets and for home protection they get low cost inoculations, neuters, spays, dog catcher, dog bite investigations, dog fighting and cock fighting investigations. Not So Obvious: Parks and Recreation-grass field care due to use and over use of grass fields from soccer, water and electric. Garbage left on the ground.
