Será que é ele?>> <<@Sunrises123 says : Japanese people they only like western people they don’t like neighbors>> <<@kindface says : Around the mid 90s, I went to Beijing and first thing I did was went around looking for a jazz joint. There was one called CD Cafe in Sanlitun. And I was there almost every night sitting by myself. I must admit that since that time, I've only been back to Sanlitun once, in the early 2000s. I went back into CD Cafe but it no longer exclusively played jazz so after that I never found my way there again in the couple more times I visited BJ. Not sure if it even exists today. But my real story is that back in the late 90s, CD Cafe was helmed by a few locals who were music graduates of Berklee. But among them, there was also a very good young Japanese musician. I can't remember if he played drums. I wonder what's happened to him, whether, like Funky, he stayed on in China. Funky, to me is a legend. Even though I've never watched him perform, the fact he stayed back in China and was in the middle of creating the local rock scene is true to his spirit, his ideals and his passion. To me, that's worth profound admiration.>> <<@MindofYǒng says : 65yo and still rockin' 🤘😎>> <<@raideepu4 says : One of the few japanese in love with China.
