We are spending much much much more in France in term of school furnitures equipments and books, whilst in the U.K, all furniture equipments are all provided for FREE OF CHARGE from nursery to primary years. We don't even have to buy a pencil, or a ruler, it's all free up here. School uniform don't cost a fortune and are available from the cheap to the most expensive Supermarket. Then in term of high school, books are free, apart from the last year where lots of exams take place, we do have to buy some books which are inexpensive. Still the school furniture/equipments the list is shorter and are cheaper than in France. A bon entendeur!!>>
