I tend to think listening to the media and political parties poles is seriously misguided. Logic concludes the American people are not that stupid, so the claim it's neck and neck is an absurdity. You explore the web regarding ordinary peoples complaint and how they view Trump you can see that the claimed 47%/47% partisan and only 6% undecided myth is about to be shattered. I would hazzard a guess that the GOP will win by a landslide. That will be the death of partisanship, as it will also prove main stream media is in it's death throws. To stop their inevitable collapse along with the entire media/political/bureaucratic front they need censorship targetted at the political discourse. If Harris wins they will get it and that will be the end of the free press. Destroying the free press is a key element of control by any authoritarian styled political system. People can see the UN backed Progressive Liberal movements game even if they struggle to put it in to words.
