The courage to step forward with plans & ideas, to make corrections or forge a new path based on what has been learned, marks China's rapid rise in all sectors. Ability to create a path toward & hold to it until its merits are won is the beauty of Chinese governance system. Not changing this way & that based on immediate impressions, but to go for the long haul, adjusting where necessary but holding to the general plan.
