Changing a merit based hierarchy to a gender based hierarchy has completely destroyed many western media companies and gaming companies and do you know what happened? the company stock got short sold the entire way through and intentionally tanked. Then, once the company was completely destroyed all of the IP is acquired by chinese and saudi companies such as Tencent. Look at what is happening to Ubisoft. Look at what is happening to Disney hahaha. This is not rocket science. It's just a bunch of woke lefties using gender and ists and phobes to try and get a pay rise and some level of control that they couldn't gain with competence.
