If there is one concept that just about every country around the world can implement with a minimum of fuss, but East coast simps just CANNOT wrap their little minds around, is a fast train that travels between capitols. It's a concept that transcends (oops, I said trans, that's gonna trigger a lot of you!) parties, premiers and state borders. Sure as god's got sandals, this will cost billions more than it needs to before ultimately being cancelled.
