Well they should have cut off all communicstions except absolutely essential female emergency communications into and out of the US during this election so no forigne nation interferes with the elections as well as non essential interatate comminications that would block up the voting betwesn states.. So.. if be compartmentalized and easily trackable of any therats or tampering.
