There are too many of the wrong chiefs in higher positions of management that don't have the proper management skill sets or proper qualifications, they've gotten their positions because of nepotism and patronage. They tend to be micro managers who just create stress, division and disharmony, and resentment and are just incompetent. They hand their work down onto their lower level employees to get it done. There is a need for lower middle to lower level employees who are the ones who do the work to keep the corporate machine moving along more efficiently. More Indians and much less chiefs whose pay packets are obscene for what they actually do. Just saying. Seen it too much.
