It can be argued its an unnecessary expenditure. But when you rarely leave the house like I do, socialize and rarely move, the idea and benefit of going out into the community like i do, once per year is nothing but a boon. So these recent fraudsters who have made it harder for me to socialize, Shame on you. You make it harder for actual participants to get the help we need.
