It almost seems like there is a stipulation of performance tied to this ruling. If he does good as a president, then we can revisit the case and possibly, highly likely dismiss the charges. But, if he goes rogue, then we have a means to legally and legitimately reinstate or revisit the ruling and enact punishment at that time. An invisible leash if you will. All of which is dangerous and not how the law was written and intended to function. Now everyone is stating he is a standing president and we can't follow the law. He was not the president when the case was initiated. If all of this was a concern, he should never have been allowed to run for office with an unresolved or pending legal matter, period. It ultimately appears like weaponizeing the law and perverting justice.This man committed multiple crimes. It's either a fact or it is not based on the rule of law, along with the profundity of evidence for the claims. And this man was able to do like All Americans should be allotted and guaranteed, which is due process. (Reminder, even illegal immigrants are entitled to due process under the U.S. Constitution) And within due process if it was found that mans charges and actions were not manufactured or fabricated by the forces that be, but were of his own making, then he was supposed to stand trial by a jury of his peers who spent their time and effort listening to and adhering to their role as well as taxpayers dollars. And by the way, a majority of people are suffering because of how our money is spent and wasted). Only for the court system to play with administering of how punishment for the verdict was executed to meet their needs. Thereby ultimately appearing to wash their hands of accountability now that he has become president by saying we stayed this verdict for four or more years (which by the way is excessive), until we see what he can or will do in office this time around. Just so all of you are reminded and are not remiss in your thinking. WE ALL CAN SEE YOU AS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND INCASE YOU CAN'T READ THE COMMENTS IN MOST IF NOT ALL OF THE NEWS OUTLETS, THE PEOPLE FIND YOUR ACTIONS TO BE DESPICABLE. Whether it's delayed with or without predijuce. You have perverted justice. You all have given every American citizen a reason to see just how manipulated, pervers, and broken the law has become by those who yeald it's power. The law is not a game, and lady justice was not intended to be a tool for pleasure. So now you are essentially saying the rule law can not be trusted nor can those who are responsible to properly interpret, yeald, and protect it. Which has been the cry of the people for far too long. This clearly doesn't happen for average people. Just a specific class of Americans. Thank you for allowing us to see it play out first hand while the other nations watched as well to see that the beacon of hope AMERICA just became a flicker of light. *Disclaimer* He could become the best president there ever was.
