I was a court reporter for 36 years in Federal Court and owned a court reporting firm for over 50 years. That's the person who uses that little machine to take testimony in court and in depositions. From my understanding, and I'm auditory, Judge Merchin is one of the most corrupt judges ever. He should step down immediately, but won't, because people like Merchin and his daughter never do what should be done. Hopefully, an attorney who is part of the jury will explain how corrupt the idiot on the bench actually is, but I doubt it. Lyn Rubenstein
