the SAARC univercity in india did not receive funds from PAK due to its economical condition so india is funding most of the program ppl who cannot fund a university is taking to eachother as if they realy matter what keeps a organisation running is money and they have the power whether you like it or not now tell me who has the money in SAARC. only they can revive SAARC
