Section 215 in the Land Title Act 1994 states: Certification of title cease to be instruments: (1) On the commencement, a certificate of title - a)  Ceases to be an instrument under this Act; and b)  Ceases to be evidence, conclusive or otherwise, of the indefeasible title for the lot for which it was issue. (2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) does not affect- (a) the indefeasible title for the lot for which the certificate of title was issued; or (b) any interest in the lot for which the certificate of title was issued. The Digital Title Certificates by the Queensland State Government in 2021 do NOT show lawful proof of historical ownership so carry NO LEGAL WEIGHT, as our previous Certificate of Titles did, the value of a property is held in the TITLE DEEDS.
