On May 19, two people were killed, and eight wounded after shots were fired outside a fast food restaurant just blocks from Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile shopping district. At a news conference Friday morning, Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said officers took the gunman into custody almost immediately, and a weapon was recovered.

I have said it before HATE is taught. Until it is stopped from being taught from generation to the next it will never stop. And of course, this is not the only issue related to racism, but it is a large part of it. Similarly, the hate of an Asian man that brought a gun into a church in California and wanted to kill the predominantly Taiwanese Americans attending this place of worship because and I quote " I HATE Taiwan". This man is now being investigated by the FBI for his affiliation to China. The loss of life was kept low due to the bravery of a Taiwanese American man that rushed the gunman and gave his own life to protect other church members from this COWARD. Funny how this story is not being told by state sponsored sites. Another example of HATE being taught.
