Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says while former prime minister Scott Morrison made no decisions in the financial portfolio after swearing himself in, it is 'extraordinary' he didn't tell his former finance minister about the decision.
Mr Clennell revealed Mr Morrison swore himself in as finance minister during the pandemic and didn't tell the former minister Mathias Cormann.
Mr Morrison was also sworn in as health and resources minister.
