US Vice President Kamala Harris is "one 80-year-old heartbeat away" from the top job but is struggling with the simplest of concepts, Sky News host Rita Panahi says.
Ms Panahi pointed to a grab of Ms Harris speaking on the importance of striving for "equity".
"Have you heard a more preposterous statement," Ms Panahi said.
"We need to strive for equality not equity � you cannot manufacture equal outcomes and nor should you try."
