'It was a very difficult situation': Dutton not calling for Morrison to resign

????

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton says he's not calling for Scott Morrison to resign after revelations the former prime minister was secretly sworn into several extra portfolios during his time in government. Mr Dutton said the early pandemic was a "very difficult situation," and there was concern as to what would happen. "People were on ventilators, and people were dying at that stage, and that's the context in which the prime minister at the time, Mr Morrison, made some of those decisions," Mr Dutton during a media conference on Tuesday. "The Prime Minister's now set up a process, he's asked for legal advice, and we should wait for that legal advice."
