A former Tesla employee has revealed his personal experience about working alongside the company's CEO Elon Musk.
Carl Medlock, a former territory manager for the car manufacturer, said the 51-year-old billionaire ran a tight ship with a cut-throat approach to terminating staff members that did not share the company ethos.
Medlock also said Mr Musk was also a "really good guy" and "easy to talk to".
Musk, who's company is worth nearly $USD 1 trillion, recently sold a large portion of Tesla shares following a bitter legal dispute with social media giant, Twitter.
