Two years into the pandemic, life has been through drastic changes. The overall COVID-19 death rate has reached 2 percent. The new Delta variant now accounts for nearly all coronavirus infections. Besides China, pharmaceutical institutions and companies worldwide are also working on vaccines and drugs to combat the virus, with some making significant progress. Russia's Sputnik V is the world's first registered COVID-19 vaccine and has been approved for use in 71 countries. The Russian Direct Investment Fund, or RDIF, financed Sputnik V's production. I talked to Kirill Dmitriev, the RDIF CEO. He shares his views on the Russian vaccine's efficacy and safety, as well as vaccine competition.

IMF had put lot of developing countries like hijacked and if ransom is not paid they can go bankrupt. Going bankrupt anyways by paying ransom or as defaulter. Russia and China can help by buying those debts and give relief to all those countries.
