Trump announcing a run for President was listened to by the same number of people that would listen to him at his recent dinner at Mar-A-Lago - some misguided celebrities, a Neo-Nazi, and a couple relatives that were forced to be there but sat in the corner and played with their phones 🙂 If he somehow gets the nomination, it will be the worst fail ever.
AND who would agree to run for VP given how he treated Pence? That's the key question, since at some point Trump will be behind bars and if he was Pres the VP will ascend.
But realistically, it isn't going to happen.

For many people, the vote was “against” tRump, not “for” Biden. So the choice was between two old liars, and one happened to be the worst president I’ve ever seen in my lifetime, arguably ever.
A dog with a note in its mouth would’ve beat tRump but now Biden has accumulated so much baggage that he could become the next Hillary, a sure winner that loses.
Biden wouldn’t even be President without the right crossing-over on Super Tuesday to bring him back into the race. They considered it a no-lose situation since either way they’d have a conservative in that slot, but Joe fooled them (and me) so I’m not mad at him but I certainly don’t want to hand the presidency to the republicans either.
Please Joe, finish the term and retire with dignity so another Dem has a chance to save America from the radical right.

So many things Donald Trump said in his announcement to run speech were *not* true.
When he left office, we were *not* strong. The Trump administration had both cut taxes *and* increase spending, and ran up a then-record-high national debt. That might have been okay if GDP had remained high, but the pandemic struck. When Trump left office, the economy was in *really* bad shape. There was very high unemployment.
He also states that China was reeling. That's also not true. The tariffs don't affect China much, they affect consumers who pay the higher prices for good. The price of a car went up about 1000 dollars after the tariffs.
He also claims the biggest tax cut in history. That's not true by any metric, not by rate, by amount, or by number of people affected. He made the same false claim in his first State of the Union address, and it wasn't true then either.
Also, U.S. oil reserves were *lower* when Donald Trump left office than when he became president.
There's more that he said that's false. Donald Trump just makes things up and says them. Some people believe he did lots of things that either never happened, or that were done by other people.
Check every claim he makes. Seek the truth.
