Information obtained by The Brazilian Report from anonymous sources showed that hacker Walter Delgatti Neto had a plan to clone the SIM card of Brazil's Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes in order to gain access to the judge's personal information and dig up dirt that could discredit him.
