Please, not even just because of orcs participating or their habit of doping, all like-minded countries have to boycott the IOC and FIFA because they have become a billboard for the highest-bidding authoritarian regimes. The members of the IOC who voted for terrorist inclusion must be named, shamed and added to all sanctions lists, and arrest warrants issued for their support of terrorism. Likewise, all sponsors and other financial streams (broadcasters paying for coverage rights, for example), who actually provide all the funding that enables this total disregard for Olympic ideals and even the IOC's own charter.
Then when they are on remand, awaiting trial, it will be time for another vote.

Sadly the ones who have trained for years are the ones who will lose out if countries pull out because of this decision. When the IOC comes to realise that there will be a threat to the money advertisers make and sponsors, in addition to the likely boycotts, they had better change their ridiculous stance, and accept the consensus that no Russian or Belarus athletes should be given space to appear in the 2024 games. Russians totally messed up at their Olympics and cheated to appear better than they are. They laugh in the face of any peaceful spirit and outright do not meet the requirements of the Olympic spirit and the basic rules for participation. Russians kill Ukrainian athletes outright making Ukraine unable to complete as a result.
Russians competing at the Olympics is in insult that invalidates ANY medals from the game. Seriously, if they are allowed to compete, I will not take any medal from such Olympics into account and act as if they never happened.

I could say I am going to boycott the games, but I never watch sports. At any rate, what the IOC is doing is silly. I get what they think they are doing, but the result will be far worse than what they consider as the negatives will have lasting effects on many countries, not just Ukraine.
