The war has blocked commercial activity in the Black Sea by a large part. Ukraine was the first to suffer from Russian wide-scale aggression. At the same time, Romania and Moldova could still be targeted for future military attacks. Thus, the countries have united in the framework of the Crimea Platform to hold a joint Black Sea Security conference and declare common security efforts to be performed by all three countries of the declaration.
