Promised salaries, allowances, and payments are detained and not paid to the Russian occupiers in Ukraine and all over Russia, the Sibir.Realii publication writes. According to the military, massive payment problems began in January of this year. For example, as the mobilised Transbaikal residents told reporters: they would hold rallies if they didn't receive the promised payments.
