Lula administration is sending mixed signals: Environment x Development and Infrastructure
On April 10, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's government hit the symbolic 100-day mark. Throughout the start of the year, we at The Brazilian Report teamed up with the Wilson Center's Brazil Institute to analyze the government's achievements and challenges of which there have been many. We capped off this Brazil 100 project with a live broadcast on Monday, bringing together a panel of experts to discuss how the Lula government has fared so far, covering issues ranging from Lula's foreign policy stance to his necessary environmental commitments and the government's tricky relationship with Congress.
