As part of the international summit of cities and regions, European delegations visited Chernihiv region. Representatives of France, Latvia and other countries saw the consequences of Russian aggression and heard the testimonies of those who managed to survive the occupation. The purpose of the visit is to develop a plan for the reconstruction and restoration of residential and critical infrastructure facilities in the de-occupied regions of Ukraine.
