Around three quarters of Queensland COVID cases under age 35
Queensland Chief Health Officer Dr John Gerrard says three quarters of COVID cases in the past two weeks have been people under the age of 35. 'So it's a young cohort, we haven't seen a lot of older people with the infection at this stage,' Dr Gerrard said during a media conference on Sunday. "It's probably related to the behaviour of young people, they're more social than people over the age of 35. "Even though they tend not to get as sick."
