Restaurants, cafes and bars across Australia are closing their doors during what should be the busiest time of the year as the hospitality sector struggles to fill the more than 100,000 jobs which are currently available.
'The sad thing is Australians aren't taking those jobs for some unknown reason,' restaurateur and chef Luke Mangan told Sky News Australia.
'Now we need to look outside the circle and that is, we're speaking to government now to get visa workers back, to get skilled workers back and that's a real priority.'
