This case is a misdemeanor that the statute of limitations expired years ago. It has been creatively elevated to a felony but the Prosecutor and the State don’t have Federal jurisdiction. But that doesn’t matter in NYC; they would convict a ham sandwich and it doesn’t matter that this case will be thrown out on appeal… getting a conviction is the goal with the hopes that Biden doesn’t have to run against Trump.
