I definitely think that Johnson was wrong on the Fisa bill. I would have preferred that we not waste money by making Zalinski a billionaire, but there WAS popular support for it in both parties, so it was logically done. I hated the continuing resolution, but McCarthy left him that particular mess as a done deal, remember that resolution was why Mcarthy was removed to begin with. Johnson was dealt a bad hand and had to do the best he could.
Greene is jealous of the attention Gaetz received for ousting the speaker and decided to do the same. The problem is that Johnson is NOT McCarthy, and May 2024 is not October of 2023. Further, just because 10 other Republicans voted against tabling the issue does not mean that they would have voted gainst Johnson. As it was, she complains that the Democrat conference saved Johnson, but she neglects to notice that more Democrats supported her effort than did Republicans. Both sides of the issue had bipartisan support, Speaker Johnson just had more. MTG soimply had overplayed her hand and then had to go all the way to the end. Not even Matt Gaetz thought her position reasonable and openly stated so.

What is truly sad most in congress cannot really put up with MTG because of her true feelings and fight for our country from my observation toward her,yet many in our country have rejected her just the same.
