The charges in the actual indictment the defense has, say Trump paid off Stormy Daniels with hush money in order to commit 'OTHER' crimes. But hush money is LEGAL and is not a crime. So it cannot be connected with the use of the word 'OTHER'. So what are these crimes under 'OTHER'?
ZERO charges of these 'OTHER' crimes exist in the indictment! No explanation of what they are. Never named. Under the law, a defendant MUST be told exactly what the crimes are.
So Trump is on trial for...well...the defense doesn't know yet! Neither does the prosecutors! And neither does anyone at CNN or MSNBC. MSM is just spending everyday talking about non-crimes and enjoying seeing Trump in court. And enjoying the YouTube clicks.
