Ukraine Build simple old fashion wind mills connect to generator's hidden from the windmills so building a new windmill if hit is very quick. You got power locally now build thousands of them all you need is wood and cloth. You can even used solar panels also connected to home generator's. It gets more and more frustrated, russia. When it can't get its own way it throws a tantrum like a naughty child... threatening the world with its alleged attack capabilities, it's only going to end up harming itself in the long run. Very myopic!
The majority of the world does not want leaders and nations like that in our international sphere. We came too far after many wars to allow that!
russia will get its just "rewards" the moment it even tries anything that stupid. Weapons in space as well as destroying our worldwide biodiversity unnecessarily is going to come back and bite russia on the butt!
