That chime sound is on the A321neo and it’s a signal that the overwind exit door cover was removed by a passenger.
@pngexportimport Says:
You never hear that sound when your door isn't closed?
Why are you all acting like you're new to this.
@mv4463 Says:
I wont get mad if captain lands a plane for safety.. cause I can't swim if we land in water... life vest or no vest..
@SilverLoganX Says:
Never fly spirit
@ariver7491 Says:
That's the "ghetto fam" airline.
@stephensarmento3529 Says:
If they couldnt make the runway, the pilot probably made the right decision going over the water. Seems like a better option for that lady then the hills to the right.
@kjjones8627 Says:
The pilot never said emergency water landing
@hermosotino Says:
I'm surprised Spirit airline airplanes have functioning engines....
@Therealjones39 Says:
It literally just like somebody playing the Chimba
@isotopeofadmiralty Says:
Sounds like an obstructed pitot tube (used for measuring airspeed) or a stuck AOA sensor (used for measuring angle of attack). This is not a life threatening situation, there are 3 of these systems on board and only one is needed for the plane to fly safely, the pilots need to figure out which sensor is giving the incorrect data by leveling the plane and put it in a constant known speed to see which data is incorrect. After that they can either divert or return to the nearest airport
@24fletchdog Says:
Did it have something to do with landing gear 🤔
@ernestoybarra7333 Says:
Blame mommy Pete Buttigieg DOT Czar 🙄
@addickion007 Says:
Be grateful u wasn’t far for the airport. That’s the risk you take when flying to different places .Nothing is 100% safe.Think about if your check engine light comes on on on the freeway and u have to take precautions to make sure you arrive to your destination safely until you can get to a mechanic shop.
@lulu8090 Says:
Fck I wouldn’t like that
@tinamcmurry4810 Says:
So thankful to the pilot who landed safely!!! I have seen sooo many airplanes this year with sooo many emergency landings...getting a bit scared to fly. I know the saying. It's safer than driving but aaaaa 🤷♀️🤦♀️
@reeh7393 Says:
Is the wing supposed to be bent upward? Probably not
@juliemuir3271 Says:
In my opinion, deregulation plays a big roll in this. These standards were made for a reason. To end them will cost lives.Think about that before you vote for someone who is willing to deregulate just to save the rich and shameless money. Would you be willing to fly if you knew the door could fly off? Or what just happened here? I wouldn't.
@chicloso7k Says:
I would never use that airline, too many issues. They should be out of business by now. 😏
@ikeswp4959 Says:
It's happening every day stop DEI hiring
@jieli3313 Says:
The Chinese government achieves complete monopoly by manipulating the market and media! So we need to strengthen the anti-monopoly law to deal with the monopoly of the Chinese government and media!
@3rdeyedread750 Says:
It’s a low budget airline for cheap fux be thankful you had even got off the ground
@dorothyratliff14 Says:
Every landing is a good landing.
@steveworthington5646 Says:
Dam , this video sucks because it just reminded me if I didn't remove the little gray box under the dash of my truck , I wouldn't have come out of Chilis to a dead battery because I left my lights on 🤪😛
@flexman909 Says:
DEI hires.. #smh
@canandendmaking5051 Says:
Plane lands on ground after seat belt reminder went off. News people went viral the internet was randomly going wild.
@briang1802 Says:
All in all I’m just elated to hear that the plane landed safely on LAND and everyone was safe with no injuries!!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾
@SourDoughBill Says:
Not a water landing. Stop making things more than what they are.
@JaxxMarrs Says:
Abundance of caution? Spirit is trying to make it sound like the pilots were OVERLY cautious, and that the situation was under control when it very well could not have been. Don’t sugar coat and fix your planes! And carry on policy while you’re at it cuz yikes
@AngelsTable420 Says:
Say what you want about spirit but make sure you say they have the best safety record. Period
@rqztaz Says:
Shout out to the pilot for not taking any chances
@Lukeeee28 Says:
On the A320, three repeated chimes like that alerts the cabin crew that there is an emergency. If possible, the plane should not have taken off. To my understanding, this alarm is automatic.
@yolanda7196 Says:
I would be shaking in my boots 👢
@johnvaleanbaily246 Says:
As though she's going to hear cockpit warnings. Sat behind the wing. Give me a break.
@DigDug_The1975 Says:
IF you think this is bad now, vote for Trump & most of the safety regulations go bye-bye with next-to-no liability falling on the likes of Boeing!!! Profits over people!
@drizzydrejones3587 Says:
I will never travel on spirit ever again! This is happening too regularly
@kimpinkstaff7914 Says:
The chiming is the fasten your seat belt and an emergency landing they have all the time. I was in One at SeaTac airport on a Southwest flight 1975, but almost came in belly first and with fire trucks laying down foam in an abundance of caution.
@bwqjghf Says:
These folks keep flying spirit play Y'all Gonna Learn SMH
@AlemedjdxBrandon Says:
🙏 👍
@msn769 Says:
Whatever you may say about the airline, that pilot is a treasure for being able to recognize, act and land safely
@marietailor3100 Says:
Rule #1 of travel: NEVER FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES!!!
@JanJan-fo6hy Says:
Thank you Jesus!!
This was nothing but a miracle from God.
Thank you Lord for at least one praying Christian that was aboard that flight.🙏🏾
