Ukrainians see the West as doing 'effectively nothing' and want 'physical intervention'
IT specialist Ken Herbert is an Australian who has been in Ukraine since 2019 and is now in the middle of the Russian war in Kyiv. Mr Herbert said he plans to evacuate the capital once it is safe to do so. 'I've had a bag packed for the last couple of weeks just in case there was a problem that arose, and I'm ready to go as soon as I need to,' Mr Herbert told Sky News host Chris Smith. He said people in Ukraine see the West as doing 'effectively nothing', as sanctions 'mean nothing' and they want 'physical intervention'.
