Pauline Hanson has proven how 'effective and damaging humour can be'
One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson has proven humour can be an 'effective and damaging' media strategy leading into the hotly contested upcoming election campaign, says Sky News Digital Editor Jack Houghton. 'This election campaign is shaping up to be a heated one with many in the media clearly having picked their winner,' Mr Houghton said. 'And while a personal attack against your political adversary can be an effective tool of war, sometimes humour can be far more deadly. 'One Nation's Pauline Hanson is dominating this space with a series of satirical South Park-style cartoons.' Mr Houghton said instead of using 'hostile and venomous words,' Ms Hanson has instead delivered proof of how "effective and damaging" humour can be.
