2GB Radio Host Luke Grant says he doesn't under why the NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet wasn't "in the loop" on the decision to cancel state train services earlier this week.
Sydney and intercity trains came to a halt by cancellations earlier this week, leaving commuters looking for alternative transportations.
The trains have been running on a reduced capacity since restarting after the cancellations.
'Something does have to give, but what do you do? We've got to rely on the Premier or the transport minister or the union to get together in good faith and say 'righto game on sister',' Mr Grant told Sky News host Chris Smith.
'It's appalling; shouldn't happen.'
