US President Joe Biden has fulfilled a campaign promise, nominating the first black woman to the Supreme Court.
If confirmed, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson would be the court's second black justice.
Who cares if she is black?? Unless she has the best qualifications for the new vacancy then she has no business being in that role. When will people stop cheering this nonsense diversity instead of best qualified for a job.

The Democrat party fought to keep slaves in the United States, they fought to get rid of the blacks voting rights, they fought against blacks and white getting together, they segregated the military because according to them blacks are idiots.
They fought against the civil rights in the '60s that would reestablish the voting rights that they had gotten when Republicans freed the slaves in the 1860s.
Now the Democrats believe in conquer and divide.
Instead of getting the whites to hate to blacks or other minorities, they get all the minorities to hate each other but to go to the Democrat party for protection.
This leads to situations like affirmative action and other jokes of laws that do nothing more then to do race or gender bait for votes.
So now he puts up somebody who is black and may not fully be qualified for the position if another person who was white was there at the same time and were so.
We see this happening by the Democrats in colleges here in the United States.
We have Asians who do extremely well in college and they get a good portion of this scholarships because they earned it.
So now colleges are upping the requirements for Asians to get in to an extremely high number and lower the qualification rankings for blacks to get into the same college.
This is not getting the best into position of the deserve, but fitting a quota at the expense a one group of people who deserve to get into a situation and by putting in people who are underqualified for the same position.
This is what he's doing with the judge.
If there are other people who are much better qualified who are a different race, it doesn't matter we have to have somebody in that position who is black.
So she's not getting in by qualification, but because the color of her skin.
