Russians are very strict and secretive and do not give out missile technology. However They can offer North Korea with UN Veto protection which they already did, they can provide large amounts of food and cheap oil which North Korea desperately needs, and they definitely could help them with satellite technology and cash. North Korea ammunition stockpile and production is huge. 5 million artillery shells alone is more than US and nato can produce combined in span of 3 years. Russia already out produces US and nato 3x in artillery production and with North Korean help , Ukraine is in serious trouble
