Well even if it is true, Russia was blocking export ships anyway, so it’s Russia being the corrupt one again. Russia is initiating coups in 6 or 7 states in Africa. Putin is a war monger and manipulating most of these issues in the first place.

I cannot comment on certain facts for reasons of security. But remember, russia is a foe that has harmed Ukraine in many ways, but Ukraine is resilient. This is not easy by any imagination but they make it look easy everywhere I go. It is amazing how well the residents of Ukraine are holding up. My friend referred to Ukrainians as "citizens" and now I can refer to the great people of Ukraine as citizens because I now it is appropriate to refer to the free and just people of Ukraine as "citizens" as I refer to those in America as "citizens."

During the war, Ukraine had a special agreement with the EU to be able to deliver grain to EU countries duty-free. Now the fees have been reintroduced to prevent cheap cards to the EU as expected. Egypt is Africa's granary - but it is via boat - Ukraine has managed to export. It is insanely far from Ukraine in the Baltic Sea along Europe's west coast and deep into the Mediterranean. Lawrov is the worlds biggest clown.
